Solar Energy UK is proud to announce that Anesco has joined the ranks of our top-tier sponsor members. We look forward to working more closely with the company, particularly on public affairs, as we gear up to implement the findings of the forthcoming Solar Roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anesco<\/a> has delivered over 100 solar farms and has been a pioneer in pairing solar energy with large-scale battery storage. Its Clayhill project was the UK\u2019s first subsidy-free solar farm, setting an important precedent for the industry \u2013 and its Chief Executive Hildagarde McCarville<\/a> is a member of SEUK\u2019s board.[1]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is well-known for integrating biodiversity initiatives into its solar farms, such as creating wildflower meadows and habitats for pollinators, creating a positive environmental impact alongside energy generation. It also invests heavily in developing the skills of its workforce, aligning with Solar Energy UK\u2019s own Solar Careers UK initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
