Solar Energy UK\u2019s Rooftop Best Practice Guidelines have been produced by members of Solar Energy UK\u2019s Rooftop O&M Working Group. The Guidelines discuss issues which are relevant to ensuring the safe and effective operation and maintenance (O&M) of roof-mounted solar power systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This second version of the Guidelines has been updated to reflect the development of new aspects of O&M. It includes new or updated information on the use of drones and thermal imaging to monitor solar systems remotely, cybersecurity and how this relates to solar O&M, and emerging technologies such as floating solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guidelines will be updated in future as necessary.
